| Posted: | | | | recently a co-worker asked me about my collection and he wanted to "borrow" pretty much all of them so he can work on his "collection". he said he had quite a few, all copied, 1. I didn't buy these movies for someone else to rip for free. 2. having a burned movie isn't part of any collection. 3. I don't make a ton of money, so if I can somehow afford to buy it legitamitly so can everyone else. 4. I don't loan them out anyway. ever. anyone else run into these cheap wannabes? |

| Posted: | | | | well a few of my mates borrow and return my DVDs all the time but thats only cos i get them pretty much on the day of release and i've got a large collection and well not to everyones taste but some you think oh i've not seen that, but not one you'd actually pay for, so yea i lend them out nad keep record on DVDP so i know whos got what but if any of them copied one then it would all stop, I paid for them to keep the movie industy clean and free of mindless morons like that and i will not and do not support copies of bootleg versions and we wonder why the quality of movies is going down hill, its cos people dont pay and sponge of the inocent people like you and me who actually pays for them... tell him to piss off and spend a few quid and buy them.

Mike

| Posted: | | | | If a friend or a familly member want to borrow one of my title, I give them a chance. If the DVD is not going back in time this is the last time that they have one. If he return broken they have to replace, but that's never happen since I know very well the person to who I pass my stock.
If I know they will burn it ... a big no and a big long lecture telling them how they are. If they don't want to pay to have a movie why I would have to do for them ... | | | Last edited: by Jimmy S |
