I find myself watching some of my TV-DVDs all at once, while some I watch every so often. For example I tend to watch all the Simpson's episodes when I get them, but "The Untouchables" or "The Odd Couple" I'll watch once in awhile.

I can't vote since I do more than one of the above

There are many I watch whole seasons or even series (and not the UK series... the American series  ) while I work. Not really "watching" but it's a great way to pass the day. Others I watch an episode or two during dinner.

Some shows have to be watched one after another. 24, Smallville, Arrested Development (if you don't know this one and like bizarre comedy GET IT!).

I guess for me it's more  of a "would anyone else in the house want to watch this". The Rat Patrol or Cheyenne the answer is no. Boston Legal or House M.D then it's yes. The no ones I watch while I work.

So far this year I've watched 138 Discs from different TV Shows. Of those 124 were watched while I worked usually a couple of discs at a time. That's 27 seasons completed plus a couple of partials.

My choice is not represented in the poll.

I mix em up. Right now I'm watching one episode of Star Trek: Voyager, one episode of Gunsmoke and one episode of Millenium per night. When I'm through, I'll start three more series .

I will have sit and watch the whole series the whole day or two. Every so often I get a Homicide Life on the street cravening.

This may sound retarded but I pretend it is real life and enjoy seeing my old friends again!

I watch 2 or 3 episodes a night until I finish the series.  When I need a break, I will watch a movie on the night that I change out the DVD.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

It depends on how many episodes there are most of the UK series i have are only 6 episodes so will watch these all in one go but when they are spread over multi disc sets like Lost i tend to watch them one disc at a time over the week.

Went "all at once" since it's the most common, although sets like The Simpsons will be a few episodes every day or 2 until they're all done.
Just got Tales From The Crypt season 5, and that went in one day/night, just a pause for the GF's tv shows in between.

I generally watch all of the episodes at once, or per season at least. However "at once" can take days if not weeks to get through them all depending on the length/number of all the episodes.

I watch mine collect dust on the shelves. If I am feeling adventuresome  I put one in the DVD player and turn on the TV.

depends on the mood.... Sometimes I will watch 1 disc per week... sometimes I will watch 1 set at a time.. Sometimes I will have a long marathon... like right now I recently started a long Smallville Marathon... going to watch all 5 seasons straight throgh... half way through season 2 now.

Varies greatly.  A 1-2 day marathon, spread out over months, a few weeks... no option is off the table.

It's depends. If I know the show it can take a while or maybe I watch them never because I decide that I have outgrown this stuff (of course this deciscion is made after I bought it. ).

New stuff will be watched very fast (I watched a Smallville season on one day once).

The time it takes to watch a single season varies greatly, from a few days to a few weeks.

But I never watch 2 different shows at the same time. I will finish what I've started before moving on to something else.
