That's a nasty one!
I'd say because I've only ever seen him credited as LL Cool J in his other films, that I'd use that as his common name, and put all that other stuff in the "credited as" field.

Same I would use LL Cool J as the common name and then use the credited as feature to show him as he is in the credits.

Same. And just to be clear, I'd use LL Cool J// as the name.

"LL COOL J" should be entered in the First Name field.

Not based on that credit it shouldn't.

Exactly.  His stage name is 'LL Cool J' going back to his rapper days.  Most of the time that is how I see him credited in the movies.  I've only seen his real name once, and I can't even tell what the movie was.

Ladies Love Cool James

Nice guy. I met him once... he knew he was famous and that fame was fleeting. Very modest, fun, bright guy. Very pleasant conversation.

Entering his name will be tough. Professionally he is LL Cool J. All in the first name field. But now we've got an odd one. Perhaps this is one that ought to somewhat ignore the rules... enter the onscreen name as James/Todd/Smith with a common name as LL Cool J to link him to any music DVDs he might be on.

Otherwise... all in the first name field? (But that seems to suck the usability right out of this program.)
If it wasn't for bad taste, I wouldn't have no taste at all.

If I were doing it, because it is an odd credit, I would put 'LL Cool J' in the first name field and use the 'credited as' feature for the credit as it is credited...assuming it fits.

First name = LL
Middle name = Cool
Last name = J

Wasn't that easy?

Seriously, I've never seen him use his real name (James Todd Smith) in any movie credits yet. I wouldn't be shocked if he started to if he continues to thrive in Hollywood though.
I'm sure LL is on the cats lists already, how is/was it entered there originally?

For now he's definitly more commonly known as LL, and those who don't listen to his music wouldn't even know who James Tood Smith is. Wouldn't that mean he should be "LL credited as.." if JTS shows up in some credits?
