| Posted: | | | | I have note caught up with updates since 3.0 came out in March. I am now down to 8 DVD's with updates. I hope to have those along with any new ones completed by the weekend. How many do you have? |

| Posted: | | | | I usually run updates twice a week,, so I would not have as many as you or others do if you don't update in 6 months.. and Don't forget this is a hobby,, or is supposed to be., Most hobbyists work ( or play) daily.. | | | In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. | Posted: | | | | I have been working on them every few days, but within a week of 3.0 coming out, I had about 550 updates to go through. I would clear out 50 and 100 more would show up. I finally just quit and waited for 2 or 3 months before I started working on them again. I had gotten it down to 9 and then 3.1 came out and it shot back up to 100 within 2 or 3 days. Now I am back down to 8 and hopefully I will get these done before a new wave hits.
I did not contribute about 150 profiles that the new profile on 3.0 was wrong, but I was just trying to work through them. I could kick myself now because one thing will be fixed on a new update, and othere stuff will still be wrong. I am contributing all profiles that I find errors in the new updates so I will not have to do the research again. |

| Posted: | | | | I remember there was a time I had about 800 updates in the queue. Don't remember when I got through those, but it's been a little while. Now, I update every morning, right after checking my emails, so I have none |

| Posted: | | | | It took me a few months to get caught up, but I finally did it last night! What happened was I was seriously ill last year (starting about this time) and didn't log onto the main database very often. Then version 3.0 came out with a multitude of profile changes. So I got to a point of being about 800 titles behind, same as Ross. To work this 800 title list down, I did a few letters at a time (A titles, B titles ... Z titles). Of course, I'd have to start with the new profiles added since my last update with lower-letters, but until the new disc types were added, there weren't many of those to keep up with. And last night I finally updated my last title - so now I can start the process all over again. Now, so long as I don't get sick again and continue to run the updates timely, I'm okay. | | | Another Ken (not Ken Cole) Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. | Posted: | | | | In the last or month or so the improved quality of updates coming in allowed me to get down to about 200. I usually keep the ones which I think are not good in the list, as a reminder that it's one of those items I could work on... | | | Achim [諾亞信; Ya-Shin//Nuo], a German in Taiwan. | Posted: | | | | I caught up a month or two back. As of this moment, I have 60. But with Matthias' new Profile Comparison plugin, it takes no time to get through those. | | | Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here. Create fake parent profiles to organize your collection. |

I agree. Matthias' plugin is a big help in displaying the differences between the two profiles. Before, I spend a whole lot of time trying to find the differences between my data and the updted data - especially in the overview and Easter egg sections. Thanks, Matthias for a really usefull plugin. | | | Another Ken (not Ken Cole) Badges? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges.
