Memorable also as Disney's version of Dr. Christopher Syn, pirate, vicar and smuggler boss. Not to mention The Phantom père. |

| | Posted: | | | | After reading this, I picked the 1998 Columbo episode 'Ashes to Ashes' to watch this evening. That turmed out to be a rather appropriate choice: the very last words of the episode are from Columbo, actually saying to Patrick McGoohan's character: "It's your funeral."...
Mr. McGoohan was one of those rare actors I've never ever seen giving a less-than-stellar performance in anything.
