| Posted: | | | | Hallmark holiday in cahoots with the chocolate and flower industries to sell more products that those truely in love don't need to give to each other to prove it. Also it just makes those without a special someone in their life feel lesser. Nothing I hated more than being alive on V-day before I met my love. It's freakin' evil! |

| Posted: | | | | If Valentine's Day is reasonable, then so is this. (NSFW, sorta) And fair and fun, too. | | | If it wasn't for bad taste, I wouldn't have no taste at all.

Isn't Sweetest Day just a ripoff of V-Day? |

| Posted: | | | | Yup it's a bunch of hooey......BUT.....it's also a good excuse for some excess... ...Madame Mole got Chanel #5, I got a bottle of Bowmore single malt, and we both downed a bottle of bubbly! Next good excuse is Madame Mole's birthday followed swiftly by our 25th anniversary | | | Chris |

I don't need a calendar to tell me a date where it is mandatory to be romantic. If I feel like giving flowers (or other things) to certain women, I'll simply do it. cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |

| Posted: | | | | No, you missed my point.
A romantic would look for any excuse to shower his love with flowers, candy dinner, etc.
V-Day is just one more excuse in the arsenal. | | | Hal |
