| Posted: | | | | I think it was John Travolta that played in this movie. It's about a soundengineer that records , well sounds, and got witness to a murder, where he later syncs with the video. Anyone know what movie it is, and is it available on BD/DVD? | | | "What's God?" | Posted: | | | | I remember that movie... it was Blow Out from 1981. Not sure about anywhere else... but it was released here in R1 but was discontinued. It seems cheap enough through Amazon Marketplace ($8-$13) though. | | | Pete | | | Last edited: by Addicted2DVD |

edit: Just went and ordered it myself, thanks for bringing this film to my attention. No problem For your sake I hope it wasn't the last one on earth. If it was, I would drive my 96 Ford Mondeo to Finland and snatch the movie from your collection | | | "What's God?" | Posted: | | | | It's also available from play.com for 6.49€ shipping included. I watched it a few months ago. It hold outs very well, as opposed to Body Double, which I found less interesting upon reviewing it. Another good one and must have is Dressed to Kill. | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

It's also available from play.com for 6.49€ shipping included. I noticed this also, but Amazon's was somewhat cheaper, at least for me (4,79€ shipped to Finland). |

Usually, if the price difference between an amazon trader and a large store is less than 0.5€, I tend to go for the larger store, unless it's one of the traders I use very frequently. | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm

| Posted: | | | | I was about to say I have Dressed to Kill but haven't watched it yet. Then I checked the link above and seen I have a different Dressed to Kill. I have a Dressed to Kill from 1946 which is a Sherlock Holmes movie. | | | Pete |

Is yours uncut or r-rated (or even worse)? Actually, I wasn't aware this movie had different cuts. It has a runtime of 100:14, which should amount to 104:25 after reconverting the PAL speedup. It also has the UK 18 ratings on it. Do you know any scenes which are cut from the R-Rated, so I can check for you if they are present. Off-topic, another movie I haven't found uncut is Dreamscape. Kate Capshaw's dream sequence is missing some interesting bits in the version I have | | | View my collection at http://www.chriskepolis.be/home/dvd.htm
