| Posted: | | | | Hello, worked hard on this the last days, but finally finished it The Cast database consists of 18 seperate files (each about 3000 headshots), so they are easier to add for you all, those 18 files are split up into two rars, so no one has to download 18 files. The Crew database is only one file with more than 5000 headshots. All birthyears are accepted ones from the birthyear thread, with the exception on those few fake birthyears we agreed on in the thread for V8) Corrections are always welcome and will all be added for V10. ATTENTION: Alot of wrong headshots, double entries, persons with wrong birthyears, persons with falsely written names have been deleted, to make V9 alot more correct. But to get rid of all those wrong entries you need to fully remove all your headshot and then do a clean install of the headshots with V9.if you just want to have the regular updates a new version has and do not care about the removal or wrong entries, then you can just install V9 as you did it with all the other versions before it CAST Part 1 (9 files, 316 Mb) Uploadedor Depositfilesor TurbobitCAST Part 2 (9 files, 330 Mb ) Uploadedor Depositfilesor TurbobitCREW (1 file, 64 Mb) Uploadedor Depositfilesor Turbobitenjoy Donnie | | | www.tvmaze.com | | | Last edited: by DarklyNoon |

I think the easiest way is: Overwrite the files ACTORS.BLB and DIRECTPRODUCE.BLB with the ones from "Program Files\DVD Profiler\DatabaseTemplates" and then run a database repair. But be sure you made a database backup before. so in case something goes wrong, you can restore your DB.This should also work: Try creating a backup with the cast/crew not selected and restore into a new db to test. | | | www.tvmaze.com | | | Last edited: by DarklyNoon |

| Posted: | | | | Headshot lock glitch.
When I edit a profile, I click on cast, then a person, then edit cast member and check the Lock Photo box and click ok, then ok again to close the edit window.
I then do a HS restore from one of these updates and the headshot I just locked comes up for a comparison.
How does one actually lock headshots so that they'll be skipped over in an update? |

About what you call wrong entries, people must know that what you call wrong is refering to Invelos rules, that require to add spelling mistakes in accented names. So, in many cases, you deleted the correct names (in real life) to keep only the wrong ones. People prefering to have a linking database with correctly spelled names should not follow blindly your recommandation.Removing all headshots will also remove headshots that are in your collection to replace by V9 headshots in all cases. As Donnie often prefers headshots with torso to just with head, you may get photos that are less about your own taste. | | | Images from movies | | | Last edited: by surfeur51 |

When I refer to wrong headshots I am talking about the Invelos rules. The headhot database is very closely built according ot the rules. That is why I said if you prefer to keep the double entries and stuff, juts do an update without deleting your headshots Donnie | | | www.tvmaze.com | | | Last edited: by DarklyNoon |
