Emmeli, I saw that post, but it appears it is not approved yet. So, I don't see anything wrong with the headshot I added to cast & crew.

Here is my collection of headshots for Cast and Crew, updated November 2014 (refresh if you have January update in cache)

This is a full database, with only headshots of my collection.

Options :
1/ headshots are really "headshots", meaning I avoid images showing torso or whole body, except group photos (ex: New World Harmonica Trio). I also try to always remove added text.
2/ age is "middle career" age.
3/ names are correctly spelled.
4/ headshots that concern different people with same name have a birth year. Those BY may be validated by Invelos, but some are not, and some are even fake when real BY is unknown. A fake BY is 90xx, xx using the roman numeral  in IMDb database.

Thanks cvermeylen & surfeur51 for the updates. Every headshot is welcome! 

IMHO it would be best not to add it.

But there is a solution to contribute the improvements at least after the release of v10:

1) Someone needs to import surfeurs database into his own database and accept the pictures which have improved.
2) After the release of v10 you'll see when improting and comparing pics from v10 which good pics are tried to be overwritten with worse pics. Write down all these actors names in a text file.
3) Create a profile and add all these actors from the list to the profile.
4) Export as usual.

Of course step 1) includes a lot of subjectivity and depends greatly on the person's taste who does it.

Since I already did step 1) for my personal collection I'd be also willing to do step 2-4, but beware: That's no guarantee that you get all the pics YOU like more, only the ones I like more. 

Best would be, if one or two others could do the same...

I really hope though, that surfeur51 one day takes another look on how to contribute partial updates, that would save quite some hours of comparing...

I have improved some HS since my January update, but I have also added hundreds (perhaps a few thousands) totally new headshots. The fact that I add each day many new headshots is the main reason why I do not work with partial updates . As allready said there is another actress with the same name. There's allready an approved BY. So the one without the 1975 BY should be the actress from Pariah. I've got Pariah, but I can't check it right now to confirm it because I'm not home right now, but it's very unlikely that this is the same Drew Barrymore.  As soon as I've got some time and when I'm at home I try to check it asap.

Surfeur51's update has some nice updates, but unfortunately there are also a lot of headshots which aren't updated from previous updates. So it would be nice if someone can pick out the improvements and add them to V10. Unfortunately there are more downgrades than upgrades, so a no from me to add all of surfeur51's updates.

Though I still want to thank everybody for all the updates so please continue with posting these.

Personnally I don't see the example you gave as a downgrade, that's just taste  . There were a lot of headshots which were allready updated in previous updates with better or newer pictures.
