| Posted: | | | | Well once "Stargate SG-1: The Complete Series" delivers I will be at 1006
I have stated it before, this is how I count.
TV-Shows: 1 per Season Movie boxsets: 1 per included movie (except if only different cuts of the same movie), not counting the package) Multi-Feature Discs ( 2 or more features on one DiscID): 1 for each distinct film (that is not a different cut) BD/DVD Combo's: I basically do not count the DVD since it is the same film but just on a different media type in the same UPC
I do count films of different cuts if they are in different UPC's. For example I have the "Dances with Wolves " Blu-ray that was released in the UK which is the theatrical version and I also have the extended version blu-ray which sold in the US. But since they are two separate UPC's I do count them as 1 each. Althoiugh, not a common occurance in my collection. I can only think of three occurances, the "Dances With Wolves" example I had above and also "Gettysberg" and "Gods and Generals" where I have the Blu-ray exteneded cuts and DVD original cuts. | | | Last edited: by Scooter1836 |

I had to restart my collection in 2006 (long story) so I restarted with hi-def and only have a few DVD's. But as I stated above I don't count every profile | | | Last edited: by Scooter1836 |

| Posted: | | | | Way back on page five and November 27, 2007, I announced that I was at the half way mark. I assign a collection number to each movie and each TV season, box sets and individual TV discs do not have one. This past weekend I finally hit the 1k mark. |
