As one of those who voted No on this (Con Air, UPC: 717951000262, in case it hadn't been mentioned) let me explain my reasoning.

I reviewed the credits and the coordinators are listed after the last actor with no discernible separation from the actors.  But then, in a group credit, are the stunt players and the first line of this credit group is the same distance the coordinator credits as the coordinators were from the actors.  Cast/Coordinators/Stunt Players all run together.

  Marco Kyris as Cindino's Pilot
Kenny Bates as Stunt Coordinator
Steve Picerni as Stunt Co-Coordinator
              Stunts
PersonA  PersonB  PersonC

While the word "stunt" never appears in the rules i know from the forums stunt players are not credited as cast.  And they were appropriately not submitted in this case, even though they were appended to the cast list.

So where does the cast list end?  If we ignore the stunt players who are appended logic suggests ignoring their coordinators also and the cast credits end where the last on-screen performer is credited, in this case Marco Kyris.

I wish it were black & white but with the cast/coordinators/stunt people grouped together i made a judgment call based on my reading of the rules and their interpretation in the forums.

I blame Jerry Bruckheimer.

I guess I need to make a screen shot because there is a gap between where the cast list ends and the list of stunt players.

I was looking at the credits when i made my decision (and all this talk prompted me to want to watch the movie again, so i saw them again last night  ).  I didn't put my tape measure against the screen but i see no difference in spacing.

Your right not a big gap but, I figured the tag Stunts was an indication the end of the cast credits and begining of the Stunts.  But, if you like I can contribute all the Stunt people as well.

Or I can just wait and see what the screeners decied, like I said the two persons credited as Stunt Coordinators aren't that important to me.  I'm just following the rules set forth in the program.

The rules say to enter the actor's name and role from the end credits.  While it can be argued that stunt people are actors of a sort...they are actually in the film...the stunt coordinators are not so I would not include them.

I have to agree with this. How I see it at least.

Good to see your happy SpikeNX, the contribution was made based on the rules.  However as one of those who voted No I have recontributed without those two coordinators.  Again, I didn't care about them one way or another, just following the rules as set forth.

It's quite apparent that it wasn't based on the rules as it was declined by Gerri .

That isn't always the case.  You guys really need to stop gloating, like I said it has been recontributed.

You removed the stunt coordinators because if you left them in again it would be declined...again

8ballMax these type of comments are out of line, has nothing to do with it being declined again.  I could of easily not recontributed it.  So chill out dude.

Please don't take this as gloating as I don't own this DVD and have no real interest in whether or not it was accepted...

That being said, I don't think it was based on the rules.  The word 'actor' is used several times in the cast section of the rules.  While it can be argued that stunt people...sometimes refered to as 'stunt performers' or 'stunt actors'...are actors, I can't see stunt coordinators as anything but crew.

Let me get this right, your not saying not only if they are listed in the end of the cast list, if they appear anywhere in the cast list we don't include them?

My last understanding after getting blasted is we don't include them if they are at the end of the cast list from this thread I found and what was said in this one.  As much as some of you think I was out to do something wrong I am really trying to follow the rules.
