Days on the beach as a child getting sunburnt, a constantly peeling nose during summer, freckle faced kids climbing trees.....
Playing at the local creek, catching tadpoles and skimming stones....
Riding bikes all over the neighbourhood, backyard cricket, playing Marco Polo in the pool...

Although when I think of Australian TV, I first think of Prisoner which ran for over 600 episodes or so... I remember watching it late at night during the mid-90s here in Sweden.
