| Posted: | | | | For us, the movie we put on whenever there's a group is Starcrash. The movie is indescribably bad, certainly in the realm of so bad it's good. Stop the flow of time, indeed! |

Showgirls by Dutch Director Paul Verhoeven. I love this movie, I can watch it any time, anywhere, that and Starship Troopers. | | | “Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. | Posted: | | | | I just watched my favourite "worst movie" last night. My wife shakes her head and sighs heavily every time I put it on. Waterworld for the win! W |

| Posted: | | | | Starship Troopers. I know, it's nothing like the book but then again I'm not a Heinlein fan anyway. I just can't help myself (and a naked Dina Meyer doesn't hurt at all.) | | | Build a man a fire and you keep him warm for a day. Set a man on fire and you keep him warm the rest of his life. |

My friends think I'm nuts for liking it. Well, they think I'm nuts, and if it comes up, that's one of their arguments. I think Freddy Got Fingered is a fun movie, and all the more fun for people's vast overreactions to it. | | | Adelaide Movie Buffs (info on special screenings, contests, bargains, etc. relevant to Adelaideans... and contests/bargains for other Aussies too!) |

| Posted: | | | | TOOMORROW Early Olivia Newton-John movie where she's in a pop band with three other London college students. The band is kidnapped by aliens who wish to study the musical vibrations produced by the band in order to save their race from sterility of sound. Little bit sci-fi, little bit comedy, little bit bubblegum musical, and Livvy is a total babe here (as well as Margaret Nolan, who is an alien conjured up to seduce one of the band members who's having second thoughts of performing)! Would love to see an "official" DVD release, but I'm not holding my breath! | | | Last edited: by OKCRay |
