| Posted: | | | | How about a profiler-profiler (for profiling profilers)? Along with a long wish list...

troublemaker... however... in reality... the CD one i think has lots of issues, because of things like CDDB and the RIAA... but I never understood how a simple code variation (seriously, 2.4 technology level) couldn't be spun off into a video game profiler... i mean the number of data fields would be significantly less... upc title locality rating overview studio platform cover art release date srp number of players online play tickbox thats all i can think of... so less difficult then maintaining and cast / crew db in addition to the film one... you would think the potential revenue to amount of work ratio would be right... | | | -JoN |

| Posted: | | | | You folks simply have to remember that this is a family business run by 2, count them, 2 individuals. The amount of work required to update and maintain DVD Profiler must be a fulltime endeavor. If you add Videogame Profiler, CD Profiler and any other Profiler into the mix then the product and customer service will undoubtably suffer IMO. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |

you would think the potential revenue to amount of work ratio would be right... You have a good point there This could be done with onlly with little work. For that software, I would pay 50$ for it. If Invelos need some help to create and test that new Profiler, im volunteering |

Crew would be one of the most important info in an game profiler. Also the Command & Conquer games i play also have cast, my game came with a bonus DVD with bloopers, interviews and everything But i agree, to set up a "basic" program for a video game profiler doesnt seem that hard. But even a basic version would require time from Ken, that time would ultimately be away from DVD Profiler, so maby thats why people oppose it so much here I personally would be up for it, if a single profiler could also handle those. Eventhough i only have few games. | | | Last edited: by whispering |

But usually they offer to replace them with something called "mother-in-law", supposedly a significant improvement compared to the dismantled collection, but really mostly but a pale shadow of things past, and, alas, at times a glimpse of the future predicting some major changes in the acquired "wife".... | | | Lutz |
