Comcast has even said that 98% of their users never hit 250GB. It's the 2% hogs they are after.

One guy was doing a terrabyte a month and was sent a letter to cut back. So, he dropped to 750MB a month and got a second letter. He dropped to 500GB per month and then got booted.

IMO, 250GB is very generous considering what others with caps are offering.

I read about a guy that edits digital photos for a living and downloads about 80GB a week and how he doesn't know whats going to happen.

I just wish Comcast would offer an option for more bandwidth per month.  Not that I use 250BG, at least as far as I know.

These are the guys Comcast claims they are after.  The pay for a residential connection, then use it for business purposes.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
