My longest lost DVD to date and is still ' lost ' today Is Miracle On Ice (no jacket)  with Kurt Russell..

It's in a box somewhere in the Garage when we moved 7 years ago ..
In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

I have lost the movie disc (still have the bonus features disc) of the Rocky Horror Picture Show 25th Anniversary Edition. Not sure how it escaped, but somehow it pulled the disappearance trick

It did a jump to the left ...

But the following step to the right should have brought it right back

I just remembered that I have also found movies that were not my own a few times. In a few situations it was due to my lending out my portable DVD player and noticing at the next time I use it that a DVD had been left in it. A few of them did not belong to the person who borrowed it, so even that person may not know where it came from.

Never. Even if my DVD are place without any particullar order in my wall case I can find any of them in less than a minute. No real probabilities to loose something when nothing can get out of the room without me...

I don't lend my film since one of my ex-idiot friend loose one of them years ago. I forced him to repay the disc by taking in hostage his Playstation untill I got the money and, of course, I've never talk to him again after that... To be honest his friendship was not a big lost

My wife called me up last night to ask where I'd put the DVD she was watching when I removed it from the BluRay player to watch a movie over the weekend. She said she thought it would be back in the player but when she turned it on she found there was no disc in there.

After I pondered this for a while, knowing I wouldn't have placed it more than a foot or two away she suddenly realised she'd turned on the old DVD player and, in fact, the disc she was looking for was indeed safely sat in the BluRay player where I had replaced it after watching the movie...

Thank you all for sharing these thrilling experiences. Most of all I like the twists at the end.

I just found the Universal Soldier: The Return DVD. Somehow it wound up in a bookcase atop some books all the way on the top shelf.
