I have been using PCs at home for over 30 years and Macs at work for over 20 years and love both. They will both essentially do the same thing. Neither one is a toy. I can use files from either platform on the other. I have a PC at home because of the flexibility and upgradability whereas the Mac is a very stable platform for the graphic and general desktop work. I'm an IT guy for both and work in the Advertising industry.
So, let's not get into the PC vs Mac debate.
P.S. I would absolutely love to be able to run DVDP on my Mac, but without running other software or a virtual environment that's not possible. However, it can be done, if you're willing to spend the money and time to get it right. | | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |
