As I said, I don't think the transforming of the roman number is a very bad idea. But I can imagine it will lead us to conflicts which need to track them also in a thread or a similar way.
I think I'll always copy them locally matching to my number, so it is also Ok, just wanted to point out the problematic that could appear.

Both ways are not perfect, but yet I also don't have an better idea.

I agree. And we have also the case of actors with a BY in IMDb, but not yet accepted by Invelos.

Of course. Never use fake when the real data is available. However, I know of several cases where actors with the same name have the same BY, and in one case even the same birthdate (although one in UK, one in US).
