| Posted: | | | | DVD - Love and a .45, Matrix, Suicide Kings and Blade. All bought same day as first player. LD - Escape from New York. This was when the barebones dvd was out and I saw the LD had commentary. Picked up a cheap player on ebay and started getting lasers that had stuff dvds didn't. Blu-ray - First bought was 28 Days Later as it was on sale that week. First disc watched was Friday the 13th (2009, UR) from library which was the final straw to going blu. I wanted to see it uncut, but the library dvds were only R rated. Along with other BD exclusives it was time to stop missing out. First album (on cassette, not to date myself or anything) - Quiet Riot's Mental Health closely follows by Dio's Holy Diver. Firsat album vinyl - Iron Maiden's Killers First concert - Iron Maiden & Twisted Sister, Powerslave tour. First kiss, drunk girl in video arcade who I didn't even know. Not how I had envisoned it, but cool enough at the time. First arrest, 1989 DUI. Second arrest, 2 minutes later when I tried kicking out the cop-car window cuz they wouldn't tell me what the breathalizer reading was and I was convinced I wasn't drunk, plus my keys had been thrown away and I was so sure to beat the case. No keys, was parked before pulled over, and still sentenced to 30 days in jail (my fault for not hiring a lawyer). |
