How to Restore Databases

With DVD Profile running, click on File > Restore Database

In the new window, click the Browse button and navigate to where you saved the dpb files you downloaded and select one.  Then click the Next button.

In the next window, the default option is to review each headshot that differs from the one in your database.  If you prefer to accept all updates without review, change "Let me compare" to "Replace existing".  If you want to only accept headshots that you do not have, change "Let me compare" to "Leave existing".

When restoring the Cast databases, take whatever percentage displayed in the tool bar and multiply it by two.  This is your true progress through the file (50% and up represents crew which are not in the cast db's).

Last thing to say is...enjoy the database

I am seeing a few odd balls, Ill throw up a gallery for people to take a look at.

I also have a few head shots that *I* think are a bit better than was is in the DB, those will also go into a gallery.

But LOTS of improvements so far and I am only through the A's :/

Some of these and your others are due to the current need for a birth year to separate people with the same name. Many times it's impossible to find birth years, so headshots can be affected by this situation also.
