So there's certainly more incentive to visit your local multiplex than there was in the past i say.

Oh, I don't know.  I still go to the movie theatre only a few times a year at most, just like I have for the past 25 years or so.

This year my films were/will be John Carter (which was OK, despite the poor box office), The Avengers, and The Hobbit.

Inception. A completely original film,

I assume that you never watched Papurika then.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Yeah and the Lion King was a rip off of this

Nolan had presented the idea for Inception back in 2001 to Warner. Although it was more envisaged at the time as a horror film.

OK zombie boy give us your thoughts on the film. Or do I have go namor on you.

Well I hate to do this because I can't stand it when someone raises my expectations for a film too high, but when threatened with drowning I guess I have no choice.

I think overall it is the best superhero film yet.  It's not perfect, and it doesn't have the gritty realism of Dark Knight, but overall I enjoyed it more.  I think it's possible Whedon reached just a tiny bit too far for humor in a couple places, but there were just too many 'holy crap' moments to hold that against him.  Besides, the humor works spot on 95% of the time.

I would encourage watchers to skip any trailers they haven't yet seen, and to avoid detailed reviews like the plague.  See it in a good theater and arrive early enough to get good seats (something we didn't do last night but will on Sunday!)

I agree with what the zombie said. I would add one additional remark, especially given the music composer, Alan Silvestri, the film lacks a good solid musical signature
But aterrific ensemble film, especially given the caliber of the talent involved.

Can you be more clear as to what you mean exactly about "especially given the caliber of the talent involved"

That's an odd question Scot. I think it is self explanatory given the relative profiles of those involved, they are not on the level of a judicial drench or Merton stereo, bit they are not unknowns and they created a good.ensemble.

In all fairness Robert Downey jr and Scarlett Johansson have some good performance's under there belt.

As for the film itself i seen it today, and what a bland, boring obvious affair it was. I will re frame from going  into any detail as im to tired to at the moment

I will say this though. Pistol's don't stop god like creatures or fighter jet's
