I'm rather upset that Terra Nova was canceled - I loved that show.

Guess I can delete The River from my TiVo. I'm getting into the habit of recording new series that look interesting but don't watch any until I hear they weren't canceled after 1 season.

Same here. I really liked "Terra Nova" as well but I already knew that it got cancelled weeks ago. Looks like I'll be burning "Terra Nova", "Alcatraz", "The River" and "Missing" to disc and deleting them from "My TV Recordings in Media Center to make room for something else that FOX will cancel .

I actually never did record any of those three shows. Maybe I will get the DVD release if they come out... and are cheap enough.

I think cost was a factor for Terra Nova. The rating was decent, but not enough to justify the higher production costs given all the FX and location sets.

Ah, but there is the rub...because it sold well overseas, Terra Nova was profitable.  The problem was, FOX's entertainment chief, Kevin Reilly, didn't believe in the show.

Of all the CSI shows.. Those two was the shows i was hoping would get a renewal. I am a bit tired of the regular CSI, to much of the same, again and again.. Nothing new.. And they are change the crew to much, for my test! But with all that have being said about CSI NY/Miami. I am glad that atleast one of them got renewed

And i hope CSI NY will take this chance now, and make alot better then they have this season! It got the potential to be one of the greats out there.. But didnt deliver this season.. And the season finale was very disappointed for me too.. So i hope they take season 9, and run with it! Make the best of it!

I like CSI and I like CSI: NY.... but could never get into CSI: Miami. But that could be because I have always had a strong hatred for David Caruso.

Not overly surprising as CSI: NY has been getting decent ratings on Fridays while Miami has been on the decline on Sundays.

Yeah, i never got that.. Why they had to move CSI Miami over to Sundays.. Not the best move in my book.. But ok..Going to be interesting to see what they will do with CSI NY, since they now got a second chance.. They should improve from this year IMO. They did alot of bad things this year. (IMO) so will be very interesting.

I just never liked him in anything I ever seen him in. Some reason watching him was more aggravating to me then enjoyable. You know... how sometimes some people just rub you the wrong way. Well it's like that... but with an actor on TV. Reasonable? No. But it is what it is.

One of the CSI sets I have has him in it (to start off the spinoff) Where they go to Miami. And he still bugged me in that one so never bothered with the CSI Miami sets.

I think voice actors will have to die before this show gets canceled.
