How does one refresh just one DVD profile or image?

To do all the images:

Online -> Refresh All Images

You can turn this one off as well...

I see it all the time because I have two computers with DVDP and I usually only update the profiles on the one machine. And the other shows this message because it doesn't know that I recently refreshed the profiles.

(It's not a shared DB but sync'ed via USB flash drive).
