Everybody sees things through the filter of their own eyes, Jesse.  Given the way things turned out, and the sequence of events that unfolded, from this observer's viewpoint what Kyle said has the sting of truth in the broadest sense.  I can't speak to the details, but that really doesn't matter any more, does it?

Let bygones be bygpnes, and if you're still part of things, do your best to enhance a great program.

Look, I was the most vocal in terms of being against what IVS did. But the bottom line is...Invelos is here, we have 3.0 again, and that's all we need. Jesse doesn't really owe us an explanation for what he did.

Believe me, you weren't.  That honor goes to some, let's just say "user" so as not to annoy Ken, that went by the title abrg923.  Although you were both named Ross.

Personally I'm happy that abrg got left at the old site.

Although I frequently still see that user at places like DVDTalk sticking up for Profiler, so that makes up for some of the other comments.

I've followed this thread with interest because it explains what's happened behind the scenes.  There are few worthwhile posts on it (typical of most message boards) - any post that is basically telling another member to 'shut up' after he's asked a relevant question is pointless in a message board.  Remaining silent is an option that most should exercise if they have nothing to add to a discussion.

Silence is of value - if Jesse had remained silent, nothing more needed to be said.  Had he merely said that he didn't wish to explain his side of the story, that would at least be a response that would have ended things.  Instead, he said of Kyle's story that he thought there were 'untruths' without further explanation.

If one were to allege that someone had lied and then did't back up his allegation, remaining silent, the silence tells anyone listening (in this case, the forum members) that he is not an honorable man.
