Not really sure, but probably Amelie: Collector's Edition (region 2), it's a numbered edition and I have never seen a number higher than 4 digits, so that would mean that there are no more than 9999 printed.

There are more unnumbered editions around than numbered, so it's not that obscure. Sorry!

My results are slightly skewed due to small collection (just under 300 titles) and lots of TV Box sets, but here they are...
