Used to use me back in the day right after active duty sporting a mohawk,
then had one of the wife kissing spiderman (my son), but the wife asked me to remove that one. That looks like the comic character Evil Ernie. The eyes and mouth are identical but I can't see the shape of the head around so it could be something else.
