| Posted: | | | | Thanks! Honestly, I think it's more the empty case as in the last month, I've had 3 empty bookcases at times and he's ended up in all of them. Sometimes about 2-3 shelves up... Even though he's 3, he still acts like a kitten most of the time. I'd love to see pics of any of your cats, Dragonfire, when you get any! | | | Lori |

| Posted: | | | | Here are a few pictures of my cats. This is Elmo. This is Lillie. This is Jenna. She and Lillie are about the same age. They use to play a lot and sleep together. They don't do that as much now. | | | |

| Posted: | | | | One more picture...I hit submit instead of preview. Oops. Anyway, this is Hayley. I've only had her a few years, but she is about 10 now. I think her previous owner died, though I don't know for sure. She ended up at the animal shelter..and eventually Petsmart. That's where I saw her and ended up getting her. Lillie came from the shelter when she was 6 months old. Jenna showed up at my aunt's house about the same time I got Lillie. My aunt took care of her for several months. They had a dog at the time that didn't do well with other pets, so they had to keep them apart all the time. Jenna came for a visit...and stayed. Elmo was...well..technically he was the neighbor's cat. They barely fed him and wouldn't let him inside during the winter. It was horribly cold that year. He started coming up on the back deck. It was partially enclosed at that point as part of adding on to the house, so he got some protection from the cold. We started to give him some food and water. Then we put a box on the deck for him to get in..then put a towel in it..then we'd get the towel warm in the dryer before putting it in the box. On Christmas Eve that year, he ran in the house and he stayed. He still wants to go outside. The back porch now is screened in and he goes out there when it is warm. He doesn't try to get off the porch. He's happy just to be outside. Jenna goes out on the porch once in a while, but she doesn't stay out there long. | | | |

| Posted: | | | | kahless - Rudi looks so cute. Does he get along ok with the other cats?
Hayley use to sit by those chairs with her feet wrapped over the rungs a lot. She hasn't been doing it as much lately. She's just found other spots to sit and snooze in. Kind of like Lillie, she will keep going to one spot for a while and then find a new one.

He's permanently jumping on Clarissa's back and tries to do funny things with her. But she is really cool and let him do. Here are pictures of what I mean: | | | Thorsten |

| Posted: | | | | Rudi looks like a handful! It's the one thing I missed by adopting an older cat (he's 3)... Crash's kitty phase. I can only imagine how he'd look as a little fur ball. I do have a feeling he'd be similar to Rudi. While I don't have another cat, I often find Crash in the same position as Rudi in the one you posted with Clarrisa biting his toes. Instead of another cat, it's usually a toy of some sort he's chasing. We have bay windows in the living room and that's one of his favorite resting spots. It has a big window sill to lay on, and he props himself up on the window so he's half laying/half leaning up to watch the street and people walking by. | | | Lori |

I have a window seat..Elmo really likes to lay there, especially when it is too cold for him to go outside.
