EDIT: as far as I'm concerned, I'd say: spend that same time and effort on adding missing CoO's whose films DO appear on DVD. Iran is just one example.

Don't forget a small country called Russia

The situation in DVDP with the former Soviet empire makes no sense at all. On the one hand we have "Former Soviet Union", which covers all former Soviet republics (including Russia, or the "Russian Federation", as it's officially called), on the other we have a separate entry for Estonia, which is one of the former Soviet republics. That's like having separate CoO's for USA and Texas.
Moreover, Former Soviet Union, strictly speaking, excludes all films that were made during or before the Soviet era.

Except that the Estonians got their country back.  The US won't give us back our country...dambed Americans.

That was a joke by the way.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
