| Posted: | | | | I haven't watched it in years, but I remember liking I Robot. You don't seem to have it, but my favorite of his is Babe. I also liked him in Star Trek. | | | Lori |

Ricard as Granny Plot:Superstar Will Smith rages against the machines in this mind-blowing, sci-fi action thriller! When a scientist (James Cromwell) is found dead, robophobic detective Del Spooner (Smith) suspects an advanced robot committed the murder. This suspenseful tale of the future questions whether technology will ultimately lead to mankind's salvation...or annihilation. Extras:Scene Access Audio Commentary Bonus Trailers Featurettes Gallery Closed Captioned My Thoughts: This is one I never seen before today... but have been curios about since the first time I saw the trailer. I am glad I finally got around to watching it... as I enjoyed it quite a bit. It has a good, interesting storyline... and lots of fun action. I also found the characters likable. A good way to waste a couple hours. An all around fun Sci-Fi action popcorn movie. If by any chance you never seen this one before... I definitely recommend it. I can easily see myself watching this one again. My Rating: 4/5 | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Great movie. Doesn't really follow the book, and many times this causes problems but the writers did a very good job of tying things together. Will Smith is also very good.

My Choices:Titles in bold are ones I never seen before.- Bad Boys - Bad Boys 2- Enemy of the State - Hancock - I Am Legend - I, Robot - Independence Day - Men in Black - Men in Black II - The Pursuit of Happyness - Wild Wild West I'll probably take this opportunity to watch Bad Boys 2 since it is the only one in the list I never seen before. | | | Pete | | | Last edited: by Addicted2DVD |

| Posted: | | | | Title: Bad Boys IIYear: 2003 Director: Michael Bay Writer: Marianne Wibberley (Story By), Cormac Wibberley (Story By), Ron Shelton (Story By), Ron Shelton (Screenwriter), Jerry Stahl (Screenwriter), George Gallo (Original Characters By) Rating: Rated R : Strong Violence and Action, Pervasive Language, Sexuality and Drug Content Length: 147 Min. Video: Anamorphic Widescreen 2.40:1 Audio: English: Dolby Digital: 5.1, French: Dolby Digital: 5.1 Subtitles: English, French Stars:Martin Lawrence as Detective Marcus Burnett Will Smith as Detective Mike Lowrey Jordi Molla as Hector Juan Carlos "Johnny" Tapia Gabrielle Union as Syd Peter Stormare as Alexei Theresa Randle as Theresa Plot:Hang on for maximum mayhem, full-on fun and the wildest chase scenes ever put on film! The action and comedy never stop when superstars Martin Lawrence and Will Smith reunite as out-of-control trash-talking buddy cops. Bullets fly, cars crash, and laughs explode as they pursue a whacked-out drug lord from the streets of Miami to the barrios of Cuba. But the real fireworks result when Lawrence discovers that playboy Smith is secretly romancing his sexy sister, Gabrielle Union (Bring it On). Director Michael Bay (Pearl Harbor, Armageddon) and producer Jerry Bruckheimer (Pirates of the Carribean, Black Hawk Down) deliver a high-speed, high-octane blockbuster that will blow you away! "...Year's most action-packed and high-flying flick." (Shawn Edwards, FOX TV). Extras:Scene Access Feature Trailers Bonus Trailers Deleted Scenes Featurettes Gallery Music Videos Storyboard Comparisons Closed Captioned Script for selected sequences. My Thoughts: While I still enjoyed the movie... it wasn't as good as part 1. The storyline... while kept me interested... wasn't as good as the first. The comedy definitely wasn't there like it was in the previous movie. But over-all not a bad movie. Though I did expect more from it. I think one problem was that they stretched it out too long. It may have been better if they stuck with no more then a 2 hour movie. While I can see myself watching it again... I wouldn't as much as the first part. But it is worth seeing though. Friedman (Screenwriter), Nat Mauldin (Screenwriter), Jill Culton (Story By), Anthony Stacchi (Story By), Steve Moore (Original Material By), John Carls (Original Material By) Rating: Rated PG : Some Rude Humor, Mild Action and Brief Language Length: 86 Min. Video: Anamorphic Widescreen 1.85:1 Audio: English: Dolby Digital: 5.1, French: Dolby Digital: 5.1, Spanish: Dolby Digital: 5.1, Commentary: Dolby Digital: 2-Channel Stereo Subtitles: English, French, Spanish Stars:Martin Lawrence as Boog (Voice) Ashton Kutcher as Elliot (Voice) Gary Sinise as Shaw (Voice) Debra Messing as Beth (Voice) Billy Connolly as McSquizzy (Voice) Georgia Engel as Bobbie (Voice) Plot:Boog (Martin Lawrence), a domesticated grizly bear with no survival skills, has his perfect world turned upside down when he meets Elliot (Ashton Kutcher), a scrawny, fast-talking mule deer. They join forces to unite the woodland creatures and take the forest into nature's control! It's a film for the whole family that Shawn Edwards (Fox-TV) calls, "a fun story loaded with lovable characters!" Extras:Scene Access Audio Commentary Bonus Trailers Deleted Scenes Featurettes Gallery Music Videos DVD-ROM Content Closed Captioned Boog and Elliot's Midnight Bun Run Short My Thoughts: Not really a bad film... but not a great one either. I don't see myself watching this one too often. But sure I will watch it again at some point. There is a few good scenes... but for the most part found it a little too silly. As well as a gross joke or two thrown in. I did like when Boog and Elliott broke into the store and ate all that candy. Probably the best scene in the movie. I thought the cast did well though. Worth seeing... but don't have high hopes for this one. My Rating: 3/5 Movie Count: 6 | | | Pete | | | Last edited: by Addicted2DVD |
