I live in a household with 4 other people... so believe me... everything gets watched by someone.  I will eventually get to all.

But the funny thing is I been watching stuff I have seen many times before right now instead of watching something I haven't seen yet.

ordinarily I would have said  "Great ! "    .. but upon looking at your description of this film in P/S 1:33 ..

oh oh ...  don;t even waste a second looking at this ..

This Fantastic Musical from 1961  deserves to be seen in all its glory of 2:20  letterbox  .....

this disc has probably been shuffled back and forth between numerous owners over the years ...

poor little guy is gonna have to sit in another poor box and wait to given away again ....
In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

BTW... I made the above post format with TomGaines Trading Poster plugin... as an alternative to the one everyone else here uses.

If anyone here would like the coding for the above look just let me know and I will be happy to give you the code.

To automatically get the links for IMDb and Trailer/Intro... you just need to have those links in the My Links section of the program.

Just found a downside... in the overview... if there is any bold/italics it shows the code since it don't use the same code as the forum.

see below...

The Stendhal Syndrome
|Year: 1996|119 Min.|IMDb|Trailer/Intro
When beautiful police detective Anna Manni follows the bloody trail of a sophisticated serial murderer/rapist through the streets of Italy, the young woman falls victim to the bizarre "Stendhal Syndrome" — a hallucinatory phenomenon which causes her to lose her mind and memory in the presence of powerful works of art. Trapped in this twilight realm, Anna plunges deeper and deeper into sexual psychosis, until she comes to know the killer’s madness more intimately than she ever imagined.

Horror maestro <b>Dario Argento</b> (SUSPIRIA, OPERA) reaches new heights of florid fantasy and Grand Guignol with this warped work of art starring <i>Maxim Magazine's</i> "Sexiest Woman in the World" <b>Asia Argento</b> (LAND OF THE DEAD, XXX), <b>Thomas Kretschmann</b> (KING KONG, BLADE II) and <b>Marco Leonardi</b> (FROM DUSK TILL DAWN 3). Previously edited outside of Italy, THE STENDHAL SYNDROME is now presented here in all its grotesque glory, remastered in High Definition under the supervision of cinematographer <b>Giuseppe Rotunno</b> (ALL THAT JAZZ, AMARCORD) from the original Italian 35mm interpositive, and loaded with exclusive new Extras in this 2-Disc Special Edition.

Any ideas to get around this automatically. I will probably have to ask  Tom about it. If he don't see a solution I guess I could ask Ken about allowing html in the forum (at least for bold and italics)... but that would probably be rather difficult.

Testing out Tom's fix for the above...

The Marine
|Year: 2006|91 Min.|IMDb|Trailer/Intro
THIS YEAR'S MOST EXPLOSIVE FILM IS NOW THE ULTIMATE UNRATED DVD! With footage so intense you couldn't see it in theaters, and an arsenal of behind-the-scenes features, it's a whole new tour of duty!

WWE CHAMPION JOHN CENA dominates the big screen as Marine John Triton. Wherever there's danger, Triton is usually smack dab in the middle of it...and he doesn't play by rules! After he's unwillingly discharged from Iraq, Triton's beautiful wife Kate (Nip/Tuck's Kelly Carlson) is kidnapped by merciless jewel thieves led by a vicious killer (Robert Patrick)! Now, Triton must fight to save her, utilizing his most powerful weapon–himself!

Yay! works like a charm! Not that I had any doubt it would... just wanted to play it on the safe side... If anyone wants the code for the above post style (or even one a little different) feel free to let me know and I will send you the code.

Found out I will be getting...

Stargate
|Year: 1994|130 Min.|IMDb|Trailer/Intro
When Professor Daniel Jackson (James Spader) innocently accepts the offer of a mysterious woman to decode an ancient Egyptian artifact known only as the Stargate, he unwittingly takes the first step on an epic adventure that will span galaxies and decide the fate of an entire planet.

Colonel Jack O'Neil (Kurt Russell), a true soldier with nerves of steel and a tragic past, is brought back to active duty to commandeer the first trip through the Stargate. On a desert planet on the far side of the universe, Jackson and O'Neil must battle the powerful alien Sun God, Ra (Jaye Davidson). At stake: the freedom of an ancient civilization from slavery and any chance of ever getting home!

The Strangers
|Year: 2008|88 Min.|IMDb|Trailer/Intro
Explore your worst fears imaginable with this shocking suspense thriller inspired by disturbing true events. After a 4 a.m. knock at the door and a haunting voice, Kristen McKay (Liv Tyler) and James Hoyt's (Scott Speedman) remote getaway becomes a psychological night of terror as three masked strangers invade. Now they must go far beyond what they thought themselves capable of if they hope to survive.

The Kid Stays in the Picture
|Year: 2002|93 Min.|IMDb|Trailer/Intro
Rules are made to be broken. And Robert Evans has broken them all. He was the first actor to ever run a major Hollywood studio. In a decade he took it from worst to first. Voted the world's most eligible bachelor, he was quintessential Hollywood royalty. In 1979, he had $11 million. With one mistake he spiraled south from legend to leper. In 1989, his worth was $37. Did he come back? Like a phoenix. His saga should inspire the most cynical. To quote Evans, "All my life I've lived on the edge and many times it came back to bite me. Was it worth it? You bet your ass it was." His outrageous story proves that, at times, fact is far stranger than fiction.

Just found out I will be getting...

Fast Times at Ridgemont High
|Year: 1982|90 Min.|IMDb|Trailer/Intro
Academy Award® winner* Sean Penn leads an all-star cast (Jennifer Jason Leigh, Phoebe Cates, Judge Reinhold) in this hilarious portrayal of a group of Southern California high school students and their most important subjects: sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll. Amy Heckerling's (Clueless) directorial debut brings to life first-time screenwriter Cameron Crowe's (Almost Famous) insider's view of teenage American life in the 1980s.

Featuring decade-defining music from The Go-Go's, Oingo Boingo and The Cars, plus film debuts of future stars Nicolas Cage, Eric Stoltz and Anthony Edwards, Fast Times at Ridgemont High remains as fresh and funny today as it was a generation ago when it defined the outrageous and bold teen comedy genre.

*2003, Best Actor, Mystic River.

Dazed and Confused
|Year: 1993|102 Min.|IMDb|Trailer/Intro
America, 1976. The last day of school. Bongs blaze, bell-bottoms ring, and rock and roll rocks. Among the best teen films ever made, Richard Linklater's DAZED AND CONFUSED eavesdrops on a group of seniors-to-be and incoming freshmen. A launching pad for a number of future stars, Linklater's first studio effort also features endlessly quotable dialogue and a blasting, stadium-ready soundtrack. Sidestepping nostalgia, DAZED AND CONFUSED is less about "the best years of our lives" than the boredom, angst, and excitement of teenagers waiting . . . for something to happen.

The Avengers
|Year: 1998|89 Min.|IMDb|Trailer/Intro
THE AVENGERS, the hip secret-agent series from '60s TV, is reinvented for the movies with a stylish blend of wit, fabulous retro fashions and effects-packed action. Ralph Fiennes is the very dapper John Steed and Uma Thurman is the smartly catsuited Emma Peel, two secret agents who fight crime with style. Sean Connery portrays Sir August De Wynter, an evil genius out to control the world with his high-tech weather machine. This madman poses quite a threat with his raging icestorms, scorching temperatures, and mechanical buzz-bombing bees. But come cold, heat or dreaded plight, our two heroes never lose their cool. Tea anyone?
