If you are ever in Texas, avoid Dallas as Ft.Worth has a better Zoo and a better downtown.
Bobb Err, of course.(Who hasn't? Reminds me of this American family coming into the store I work, asking if I knew where the United States of America was and if I have heard of Texas. Tip: don't even ask.(..) I would be embarrassed if I didn't know. We do actually have to learn and remember all states in the US, in school that is..) And I got family living in Texas.(..) | | | Teaching is an act of love | | | Last edited: by yvonne_ |

| Posted: | | | | Born, raised and still living in Ann Arbor MI. USA You might've heard about it, we have a college called University of Michigan and their football team plays in this huge place called Michigan Stadium (aka "the big house"). If the camera angle is just right during a broadcast you can see my house, although I won't point out which one in case any ex-girlfriend's or ex GF's boyfriends are reading this. There's a smaller arena next to that where the basketball team plays, but they've been pretty bad for a long time now. Even the games they won way back in the late 80's / early 90's don't count anymore cuz the players couldn't resist the free beer and whatnot. I'm still waiting for Chris Weber to go to jail, but he probably won't. Just glad he's not on my Pistons this year. The pros of living in a college town - when school's out, you can drive and park freely. When school is in, you better just walk or take your bike. | | | Last edited: by bigdaddyhorse |

Only recently moved from Southampton.
Now I live 10 miles from the nearest town, have gas in a big tank in the back garden and a 'poo-tank' rather than mains sewerage....nothing like trading down!!
Still - it's very open here and a nice change from inner-city life! |

I have very close friends in Delaware, been staying with them in Georgetown, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and Seaford. WOW! What a small world! All those towns are south of me, but still dueable in a day as Delaware is a whopping 35 mi (56 km) E-W at its widest; its maximum N-S extension is 96 mi (154 km). I also see that Addicted2DVD is in a town in Maryland that is also not too far from here. | | | Antec Nine Hundred case, 4GB A-Data DDR2 800 RAM, Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz, ASUS P5K-E/WIFI-AP MB, XFX GeForce 8600GT XXX 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 video card, ZALMAN CNPS9500 AT 2 Ball CPU Cooling Fan/Heatsink, Seagate Barracuda 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s HDD, Zerodba 620W PSU, LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD with LightScribe SATA, Samsung CDDVDW SH-S203B SATA, Hanns-G HH281 28" monitor, Kodak ESP3250 printer, Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 speakers, Windows 7 Professional |
