I wanted to believe that he was just pulling our leg...nobody should be this bitter over something this insignificant...but my gut tells me he is being serious.  That being the case, this is just sad and should be locked.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

Yes, until I say that DVD Profiler for the iPad is awesome and everyone here is Perfect and that I am wrong and that I want to wait for years to see DVD Profiler on my iPad? Yes lock this thread and only keep positive threads open. (They should do the same for Politics too)

And we still are waiting. Zombies. I swear to God if you were told that an iPad / iPod edition were never coming you would all go, "Great! There must be a Good Reason! Awesome!"

No quickly lock this before everyone starts crying...

Speaking of zombies, you might want to look into a little game called 'Plants vs Zombies', available for iPhone and iPad. It's a great game and can keep you busy while you wait for DVDP on the i-devices

Hmmmm...now the name calling. And who is being immature?

Awesome to be proven right.

Watch as Christmas comes and goes too...

And you will all say, "Oh, we didn't want it for Christmas - we LIKE waiting..."

And yes - Plants VS Zombies is FUN. And it is out. NOW.

Got it for XBox 360, Playstation 3, even my Droid X.

Now all of you that don't, rant on how I am spoiled some more to break the subject that we are all still waiting for DVD Profiler for the iPad...

And also as I stated long ago, the competition is rising...ANOTHER APP TO LOG DVD's is available!

Now say I never predicted that too.

It is awesome!

My Movies HD. Now everyone say how it can't compare to the DVD Profiler for iPad that doesn't even exist...now one of us will have their collection and you won't.

Love being right!

So to all of you that called me Dick? That is Dick with his DVD Collection on his iPad to you...Ha Ha!!!

Now QUICK! Lock and Hide this thread before everyone can see the competition that beat you to the punch! MY MOVIES HD~! Awesome!

I have no interest in an iphone and couldn't care less if or when it comes out. But after that last comment from you calling people out for name calling (a personal pet peeve of mine) I must say you are far from innocent yourself...

Yes, really read this thread, no matter what the Blind will lead the Blind.

Oh Yes, you have changed me, you are all so much more mature than I...

Now come back with the Brilliant, "At least you admit it..."

Genius. And you are all still waiting / whining too.

I invite you all to continue waiting for the rest of your lives too.

Such Genius. I am so Humbled. It is always those that want that say things like this...

Ooooh, I would not want to have it all, or, the like...

If my posts offend you morons why do you keep feeding in?
Now go sit in the corner and await patiently for that email that says Yay! It  is finally here...Whee!!!!

If what I put in bold isn't name calling I don't know what is.

In my personal opinion... wait for it... or don't wait for it. That is totally up to you. As just another user I really couldn't care less what you do. I even don't care if you want to rant on from now till doomsday... but to complain about name calling when you are just as guilty of it as others... that to me is off base. If you have a problem with name calling you shouldn't go there yourself.

I have no problems with negative threads, I was being negative about the lack of information when you were being positive about waiting, it's just the complete flip and the degree of the ranting that really isn't helpful.

I've done the same as you and bookmarked my online collection, yes I want the app NOW and no, I wasn't happy at hearing of the delay, but whinging about it isn't going to change anything, Ken's not doing it to spite us, it's more in his interests to get this out than ours, it's his living.

I also only name called AFTER they started with their Crap.
But as I said NUMEROUS TIMES, you will all find things to say about me.

Funny as long as people are willing to wait forever for this app they are regarded fine.

If you REALLY read the Threads it was I that supported Ken Cole when all the Name Callers were ragging on him...THAT was Ok. That was fine. But when I got tired of hearing, "By the end of the Month...", three months in a row?

So Please if you have a problem with me calling Name Callers Morons, I am Sorry.

My Plate is full here, I have everything I have ever wanted and then some.
Have your Fun hating because I feel that DVD Profiler for the iPad is taking a bit too long.

BUT - If the DVD Profiler Website disappeared for an eighth of a second it would be the SAME PEOPLE Screaming for Blood.

Someone said when it finally comes out I will be the 1st to buy it? NO. I admit if after all this time, I may buy it, but I am in no more of a hurry to buy it than Ken was in a hurry to develop it.

Now the, "Oh the iPad JUST came out, be patient..."

The iPad has been in it's full 64gig 3G Wifi for months now, and nothing. Ken chooses to be quiet. That is fine. His Choice. I really feel it will affect his sales too.

People want things promised to them in a timely manner, he could have not said one word to anyone, then when it was released it would have ruled the Online Marketplace, but now there is competition? Watch. And Learn.

Now everyone tell me how Ken is God himself and that you all hope it takes years, right?

Name calling? Everyone in here has flamed me since my 1st post and all everyone here notices is when I flame back...typical.

Even though in this case I'd prefer

EDIT: Just to give something add: Does anyone still remember the concept of the long promised "DVDProfiler Online +"??
Now there was an enhancement promised that wasn't only for a minority of users.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I can understand and even sympathize with the impatience, I really do. I'd also like to be able to view and enter data on the fly with iPad instead of every time having to run to my PC, turn it on and wait for DVDP to launch. I've also expressed my impatience (actually, mostly the lack of feedback) in the past.

To be honest, Ken probably had to invest his money into the leasing of the app development tools and into a Mac as well. So, I'm pretty sure he also wants to see the app released sooner rather than later, as he'll want a return in his investment.

However, I don't think a thread like this, which is close to throwing a virtual tantrum, will help speed things along. If you're impatient to have this app, do like some of us do and take the time to download the newest beta of DVDP v3.7. The reason for the delay is an incompatibility between the app and v3.6, which is why Invelos has to first get v3.7 running smoothly. A new version requires a beta testing phase.

So, either you can continue this thread, which is your right, it's a free world, and have 0 impact on the speed of the release, or you can actively participate in the beta-testing and in doing so perhaps speed up the debugging of DVDP v3.7 which in turn will speed up the app release. It's your choice ...

Now, time for me to go back to beta-testing, playing plants vs zombies, Uncharted 2 and Transformers: War for Cyberton (phew, the weekend will just fly by!)

im with SOL here... popcorn all the way...

but seriously... what ever happened to DVD Online +?

I suspect it's development was stopped to do iOS... but maybe ken has some suprises for us?

If nothing else a small revamp of the online collection would be nice... I use php profiler for my online matters, but I would love to see the original at least come slightly into modern times
