Video: Widescreen 2.35:1 Audio: Subtitles: Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, English Stars:Sarah Butler Jeff Branson Plot:Writer Jennifer Hills (Butler) takes a retreat from the city to a charming cabin in the woods to start on her next book. But Jennifer's presence in the small town attracts the attention of a few morally depraved locals who set out one night to teach this city girl a lesson. They break into her cabin to scare her. However, what starts out as terrifying acts of humiliation and intimidation, quickly and uncontrollably escalates into a night of physical abuse and torturous assault. But before they can kill her, Jennifer sacrifices her broken and beaten body to a raging river that washes her away. As time passes, the men slowly stop searching for her body and try to go back to life as usual. But that isn't about to happen. Against all odds, Jennifer Hills survived her ordeal. Now, with hell bent vengeance, Jennifer's sole purpose is to turn the tables on these animals and to inflict upon them every horrifying and torturous moment they carried out on her... Extras:My Thoughts: I will just start of by saying that i have NOT watched the original, just this remake. I've heard alot about this one. And now i finally got the chance to check it out. It is a incredible hard movie to watch, alot of brutal and heartbreaking scenes. And a very cruel movie too. It is a very strong and sick and twisted horror movie, about a girl that after alot of things happening to her, is out to get revenge (rightfully so!) And what happend to her was very hard to watch. The revenge she is getting is setting this movie up for a lot of gore, and some graphic scenes. A movie (for the horror part) did its job very good. But this is a horror movie for those who are not easy offended, or dont have a weak heart. Its a good horror movie, but a very diffecult one to watch. If you allready have seen the original, you know what it is. But if not, check out the trailer first. My Rating: 5/6 Movie Count:33 |

But the spirits of the dead are still hell-bent on luring the family's clairvoyant daugther Carol Anne to "the other side." Extras:Scenevalg Feature Trailers AVC @ 34 MBPS My Thoughts: Well, i really loved the first Poltergeist movie, so i was kinda looking forward to this one aswell. But i dont really know what to say about this one. I guess as a horror movie, it was allright. It had a few good moments in the movie (dont get me wrong) and they did an ok job in this one too with the visual efects. But what they did with the story, i didnt like. It didnt have me interested that much. And it wasnt a very big connection from the first movie and the second movie IMO. I felt they could have done a bit more, both with the story and with some of the scare moments. An allright movie for the horror part. But for the continuation part. Not that good IMO. But i've now seen the first two Poltergeist movies, so i guess i gotta watch the last one aswell sometime. I hope that i will maby get the time to watch one more movie or so, before October and this marathon ends. Its been so much stuff going on these last few weeks, with both work, stuff happening etc. But i hope i will be able to watch one more before its over My Rating: 3/6 Movie Count:34 |

Video: Widescreen 1.78:1 Audio: Norsk: Dolby Digital: 5.1, Norsk: DTS-HD Master Audio: 5.1 Subtitles: Engelsk, Norsk Stars:Johanna Gustavsson Kristian Holter Ida Elise Broch Morten Rudå Kyrre Haugen Sydness Lise Froyland Plot:A young girl, Johanna Ravn, is jogging in the woods, when she's suddenly attacked by a man in an orange jumpsuit. Her assailant drills a hole in her skull and leaves her for dead. When the police calls Johanna's father, Morten Ravn, to ask him to identify his daughter's body in the morgue, he tells them that she has just walked in and is sitting in front of her PC... But there's something wrong with Johanna. Black oil is flowing from her eyes and the only message she's able to type on her screen is one long cry for help. And she's not alone. All over town, people are attacked by men in orange jumpsuits with electrical drills. The victims all suffer from the same symptoms, with their bodies slowly disintegrating in front of their loved ones. Frustrated with the lack of results from the local police, Morten takes it on himself to investigate the attacks and tracks... Extras:Scenevalg Feature Trailers Slettede scener Dokumentar Interviews Outtakes/Bloopers My Thoughts: Ok, this movie was a blind buy again kinda. A movie i hadnt heard much about, but from what some people told me i was kinda looking forward to it. And well. Now i've finally seen this Norwegian horrorflick. But man, the never got started really. And even with a few big Norwegian names, this movie failed everywhere! The storyline was boring (nothing new) The acting was terrible all over the place! The filming\editing wasnt good either. A movie (IMO) with almost zero development. And very weird at places, and they did stuff in the movie aswell, that didnt have anything to do with either the movie or the story. This might just be the worst movie or horrormovie i've seen that i know of. This is a ABSOLUTE NO WATCH! I will never recommand this for anyone AT ALL. (Sorry) My Rating: 0/6 Movie Count:35 |
