The commotion is because the demise of that program affects some perfectly legal and useful things that "people here" do. What others do is immaterial to this thread. Likewise, any illegal activities are automatically not part of this thread, and need not be discussed nor justified.

| Posted: | | | | I understand the concern about these programs being used to pirate movies, but for me I enjoy collecting and if I buy a rare or oop movie I want the ability to make a copy of it for my personal use so I don't take a chance of damaging it and be able to watch it when ever I want. |

Company is now called Red Fox... they have already updated to support new discs and all subs will carry over

The developers have been elusive enough for customers to question that thought and there have been some members pressing very hard to have everyone repurchase a license and to do away with LTL. |
