| Posted: | | | | Very cool thread, just when you feel like you've seen it all...that Batman film was brilliant! Several others were hilarious etc. Figured I'd add a few myself: 1. Lamb of God: Ruin - I've always enjoyed the misheard lyrics vids, and this was the first I saw and my favorite. Coincidence? 2. "I did not care for 'The Godfather.'" - this is just this damn cool thing I stumbled across while spending days on end at youtube. Typography. There's some hilarious stuff in there - check out Pulp Fiction, The Devil's Advocate, Fight Club, Snatch and more...even a Tenacious D! EDIT: to hunt down more typography fun, just type in typography at youtube and then start clicking and watching! | | | Last edited: by harpo787 |

Quote: 2. "I did not care for 'The Godfather.'" Thank God, I'm not alone... Laff! That's not a personal belief, just a quote from the video. On perhaps an even more bizarre note, I've simply never seen Godfather, any of the three, in their entirety. I know, I know, I ought be lynched for having over a thousand dvds and none happen to be The Godfather. I'm sure I'll check it out some day though. EDIT: I love Chris' dialogue in that video: "Bobby DeNiro, Al Pacino; I mean, you never...ROBERT DUVALL!" "Cause it has a valid point to make, its INSISTING!" "You've never seen the ENDING?!?" ...but Peter's one line response slays me: Lois: "The language they're speaking is a language of subtlety, something you don't understand." Peter: "I love 'The Money Pit.' That is my answer to that statement." | | | Last edited: by harpo787 |
