| Posted: | | | | Mine is a picture of the great Homer Simpson. (Hero worship!) Like the thought of him saying, "Whaddo I do, whaddo I do?" Feel this way at work quite a bit. My tagline line changes (right now a random line from The Humpty Dance). My signature is a line from Fairly Oddparents, of all things ... part of night time ritual with my kids. | | | Kittens give Morbo gas. |

| Posted: | | | | I changed my current Avatar to my 18 year old (as of August 28th) kitty who is suffering from Kidney disease. I took the photo with my cell phone, and afterward he gave me one of those, "Go away kid you bother me!!" looks. He much like my late puppy Daisy gave me comfort when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and he has helped my be heart healthy as often he gave me a cardiac work out with his antics.
Quick story on Tigger, one day I took of my wedding ring before taking a shower as I had lost weight and it kept falling off in the shower. When I came out the ring was gone! I searched the entire bedroom, when my wife came home she also helped me search, and still no ring! I ran a computer bulletin board from 1986-1996, and I would go in everyday and do maintenance on the board & hardware. Tigger always followed me in, and would rub against my legs. Then he would sleep under the computer until I left. At one point he actually ate through the cord to my Logitech mouse, (so yes my cat at my mouse!) This was about eight months after the ring incident. When I went under my desk to install the new mouse, and rewire cables so this didn't happen again, guess what i found? Tigger under the desk chewing on my wedding ring! He had always had a bit of an odd habit of chewing on metal from time to time, but I had never put 2 + 2 together.
He ia a true cat, he has me trained, and he keeps demanding his name be placed on the deed of our home as he is the true king of the house.
Right now he is a very strong fighter. Since his kidney problems started in May our vet has told us most cats would have succumbed months ago. i figure he just wants the extra attention, and to force us to buy him food that is three times more expensive than the other cats. (We have two more Hal & N'Toth.)
He is the ultimate example of my tag line.

| Posted: | | | | Mine I use on other forums, it was the only one I used on DVDSpot from whence I came to here. It is a pic of Sophie Aldred as her character ACE from Doctor Who for a photo shoot. I forget which website I pulled it from originally. It came from a promo shoot for one of the Doctor Who novels way back when. I've had it for a long time, Sometimes I use a logo I made for myself made up of my initials: Here is the original version. Here is a light blue version I often use on forums, I have made Red and Dark Blue versions. Once I made a yellow version, I might still have it on a floppy disc (remember those?) somewhere. | | | CaptKiirk42 DVD Collection/ Also Klandersen at DVDAF DVDCrate Collection My Blog |
