| Posted: | | | | When I write my reviews... I use an HTML Window that pulls most of the info automatically from the profile. This way all I have to add is My Thoughts and My Rating after watching the movie. So I got playing with the HTML window for my Horror marathon review and here is what I came up with... ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Title: The Wolfman: Unrated Director's CutYear: 2010 Director: Joe Johnston Rating: Unrated Length: 119 Min. Video: Anamorphic Widescreen 1.85:1 Audio: English: Dolby Digital: 5.1, Spanish: Dolby Digital: 5.1, French: Dolby Digital: 5.1, Audio Descriptive: Dolby Digital: 5.1 Subtitles: Stars:Simon Merrells Cemma Whelan Emily Blunt Benicio Del Toro Mario Marin-Borquez Asa Butterfield Plot:Academy Award® winners Anthony Hopkins* (The Silence of the Lambs) and Benicio Del Toro** (Traffic) tear up the screen in this action-packed thriller. Lawrence Talbot (Del Toro) is lured back to his family estate to investigate the savage murder of his brother by a bloodthirsty beast. There, Talbot must confront his childhood demons, his estranged father (Hopkins), his brother's grieving fiancée (Emily Blunt, The Devil Wears Prada) and a suspicious Scotland Yard Inspector (Hugo Weaving, The Matrix Trilogy). When Talbot is bitten by the creature, he becomes eternally cursed and soon discovers a fate far worse than death. Inspired by the classic Universal film that launched a legacy of horror, The Wolfman brings the myth of a cursed man back to its iconic origins. *1991 Best Actor, The Silence of the Lambs **2000 Best Supporting Actor, Traffic Extras:Scene Access Bonus Trailers Deleted Scenes My Thoughts: My Rating: Count: Movie Count: TV Ep. Count: Other Count: Time Started: _________________________________________________________________________________________________ What you think?... does that look alright to everyone? I use a similar one at the other forum ( DVD Collectors Online) But I had to make an alternate one since this forum don't support everything that one does. (Centering, tables, multiple images on 1 line [for rating stars]). | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Looks pretty good to me although the subtitle field is empty...not sure if that dvd has subtitles? I thought for a second there, that you broke down and watched a horror movie |

| Posted: | | | | The subtitles is blank because there is none listed in the profile. When I see that in a review I normally check the disc to be sure it is right... if it isn't I fix it... if it is I just mark it as N/A so it wouldn't be blank in the review. No... I won't break down now... so close to the end! | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | I haven't decided yet... but I am toying with the idea of not watching any movies from this point on. I am thinking this only because I have to watch a LOAD of movies next month... and I need a good start so need to really be in the mood for movies when it starts.
Only problem with this idea... I just got a LOAD of movies... and there is a few I really want to see. Though I really don't have that long to wait now... just under 3 weeks. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | I have to agree with FilmAlba, "Antichrist" looks like it will be very good indeed. (And I happen to like Willem Dafoe.) Thanks for the trailer FilmAlba. Rory | | | DVD Profiler for iOS as of 3/5/2013 DVD Profiler for Android as of 5/17/2013 |

Rory And if you have a strange interest for seeing his penis then you will be most satisfied I do warn though this film is a very big mystery and needs a lot of brain power at the time to get what it's about other wise you could really dismiss it out of hand. The film is really paced like sex. It starts out slow and it builds up to a huge climax which is rather fitting given what the whole thing is selling is that sex and lust are powerful forces of nature. Well least that's one aspect of it. But i will shut up before i confuse myself lol Im sure we can have plenty of discussion on it once several members have watched it. | | | Last edited: by ShinyDiscGuy |

| Posted: | | | | I also recommend Death Watch It's not the greatest thing you will ever see but a strong cast and very good original setting in the trenches of WW1 make this an entertaining watch. I Sell The Dead Good horror comedy. There's a great scene where i was laughing so much cause it was like WTF | | | Last edited: by ShinyDiscGuy |
