| Posted: | | | | Quoting Piffi: Quote: Just have to say.. Coming to LOST. My better half love it.. She got all the seasons on bluray.. And i've tried to watch it.. But it didnt do it for me. There is\was so much going on in that show.. And i know many love the show, and they would have it going on still. But many people think it wasnt good either. (I'm glad you like it. dont get me wrong) But i think personally, they could have done so much better with the show.. It had great potential.. But IMO they blew it.(I'm sorry if i come of as grumpy etc ) Why would it come off grumpy or anything. No show is for everyone! | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | True.... you never know. Of course at the same time if they changed anything they would have been taking a gamble that people would still like it. Besides... six years isn't a bad run for a show. I see so many times that they push a show along much longer then they should. Smallville (while I love the series from beginning to end) comes to mind. BTW... for the record. The way I see things. I always been a firm believer in you (general you) can trash talk the (any) show all you want. But what you never do is put down the people that don't agree with you. I always believed if you (all parties involved) stick to that line of thinking you will seldomly have problems with heated discussions on the stuff you like. Seems to work for me anyway. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Well, let me start asking what you mean with "general you"? and i never put down the peple who dont agree with me? I would like to know what you meant.. I am a ferm beliver that, if there is something i got a problem with.. I talk about it.. BUT if i dont agree, i dont agree.. But why "put people" down..? And i dont have a problem with a heated discussion (if that what you meant) but when it comes to somethings.. I like to say what i think about it.. And after whatever we've been discussing.. Either we agree or not, i think we still will be friends. |

| Posted: | | | | Ok.. But when it comes to different tastes in both tv-shows AND movies. I like a good discussion.. It makes for new tv-shows and movies that we discover that we havent seen before etc |

| Posted: | | | | I didn't feel up to doing a full review... but I have already watched all of Lost: Season 2 and am on disc 3 of Lost: Season 3. I am still enjoying every minute of the show. Not much too weird yet, imo. I just finished watching the episode where Hugo finds the van in the woods. I don't drive... and I am the first to admit I know next to nothing about cars... but even I know there is no way that van would have started! | | | Pete |

Episoder: Disk 1 (Sesong 1): 1. The Seinfeld Chronicles (Pilot) 2. Male-Unbonding 3. The Stake Out 4. The Robbery 5. I am not sure if i've ever watched the first season. But i got the whole seinfeld boxset season 1-9 collector edition, and have wanted to start watching it for a while. But never gotten around to it. So today i finally started, and man do they crack me up! I remember some later episodes and stuff that have been showed on tv. So its great to finally see how it all started. And i loved season 1. Funny from the get go. Only thing i dont like with the season 1, is that the season only got 5 episodes (!) That to me is waay short. But they got 8 more seasons to make it right So i'm looking forward to watch the rest of the seasons when i get around to it. My Rating: 4.5/6 |

How they make it so funny with so little. They make the most of nothing. They can even have a whole episode in a parking garage, and you still find it hilarious to watch. And its fun to see how they grow with each other each season. And how they all make it work each time. I dont know what i think its the most funny yet, Friends or Seinfeld. Give me a few seasons and i will get an answer. But its just a great tv-show. Funny from the get go. And every episode is just hilarious IMO. Cant wait to start on season 4. And one more thing. From the season 3 and out its about 20+ episode seasons.. Thats something that is a huge plus for me My Rating:6/6 |

| Posted: | | | | Title: Married with Children: The Complete First SeasonUPC: 043396016514 Year: 1987 Rating: NR Length: 302 Min. Video: Full Frame 1.33:1 Audio: English: Dolby Digital: 2-Channel Stereo Subtitles: Stars:Plot:Domestic bliss was never like this! Get ready for those outrageous Bundys in MARRIED…WITH CHILDREN: THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON, featuring all 13 hilarious episodes from the show’s groundbreaking debut season, introducing everybody’s favorite dysfunctional household. This taboo-shattering hit series was often deemed too hot for TV, bringing a blue-collar brand of raunchy humor to America’s idyllic ‘80s TV family, where father definitely doesn’t know best! Remastered and available on DVD for the first time ever, this collector's favorite lets you get reacquainted with this middle class clan of loveable losers - hard-working lug Al (Ed O'Neill), his couch-potato wife Peg (Katey Sagal). sexy teen daughter Kelly (Christina Applegate), hopelessly horny son Bud (David Faustino), and prudish neighbors Marcy and Steve Rhoades (Amanda Bearse, David Garrison) - as they try to get along without getting on each others nerves! For better or worse, the Bundy's may be broke, but this is one family that's rich in delightfully demented attitude, wild characters, and racy humor! EPISODES: 1. Pilot 2. Thinnergy 3. Sixteen Years and What Do You Get? 4. But I Didn't Shoot the Deputy 5. Have You Driven a Ford Lately? 6. Whose Room Is It Anyway? 7. Al Loses His Cherry 8. Peggy Sue Got Work 9. Married... Without Children 10. The Poker Game 11. Where's The Boss? 12. Nightmare On Al's Street 13. Johnny Be Gone Extras:Bonus Trailers Featurettes Closed Captioned Married With Children Reunion Special, 4 Page Booklet My Thoughts: I have owned this set since 2008, and this is the first time I got around to watching this DVD set. Sure... I have seen all the episodes before. I watched the series on TV for years... both in it's original run and in reruns. But it is the first time I watched this DVD set. And the set did offer me something new to watch... the Married with Children Reunion Special... I somehow never even knew they made one. So that was a pleasant surprise.... something I would like to see many other TV Series do. I got to say... I forgot how much fun I always thought this series was. I am going to have to work on adding some more sets to my collection. I do think I enjoy the mid to later seasons a little better then the early seasons. My Rating: 3.5/5 | | | Pete |

And its still up there! Still one of the best i think. And they have added a few more episodes to this season. But i have to be honest. Even though i really enjoy the show, and it makes me laugh. It isnt as funny as the 3 past seasons. This season its been a few episodes that i wasnt that in to. And didnt make me laugh. But with 24 episodes, what can you expect? I mean. Its still golden, and im looking forward to season 5 to see what they have done with it. But its not a perfect t. But i still reccomand Seinfeld very highly! My Rating: 5/6 |

I enjoyed this set so much that shortly after I started it I went ahead and ordered season 3 (which arrived today... perfect timing!). This show offers up a lot of laughs. I like all the characters... and the cast works well together. This is the last season that Pamela Anderson played the Tool Time Girl... Lisa... Beginning of next season they have Debbi Dunning as Heidi. Which makes me happy as I always liked Heidi better. Any way... a great sitcom... definitely recommend it. My Rating: 4/5 | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | 'Home Improvement' and its own 'Tooltime' is/are great tv. Much better than his current show on ABC 'Last Man Standing' though there are some good moments in it. Really loved his movie 'Big Trouble' which was written by Dave Berry. You can catch the trailer hereDSig |
