I just added the new Aliens 4K-UHD Blu-Ray to my collection and uploaded my updated collection to the DVD Profiler Online.  When viewing my collection via (www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/[userid]) I'm getting a runtime error just on the 4k entry for Aliens.  The Blu-Ray version in the boxset doesn't have the problem.  I tried removing the entry from my collection and re-entering it but I get the same error regardless.  Hoping someone could help me understand why this is happening.

Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

See thread Online Profiles giving "Server Error in '/' Application. on certain titles a few topics down the page.

It is a server issue, there is nothing you can do about it.

Thanks for the response.  Looks like this may not get resolved then.  Disappointing but guess nothing can be done about it.

This seems to have affected some of the titles that were pending approval at the time of the server crash/rebuild.
