| Posted: | | | | I own the German Boxset of Star Trek: Next Generation Full Journey (All 7 Seasons on Bluray). EAN: 4-010884-292848 The Box itself contains 7 Boxes (HD Keep Cases), one for each season with several Discs in it. If i download the profile, i cant find any Disc 1 for each season, but Season box itself contains only one Disc. Hard to descripe. For example Season One: Should have the Boxset and Six Disc. But i got: Disc 2-6 -> Ok Boxset -> Yes from the Name, Cast&Crew, Running Time, But no Childprofiles, and Disc-ID and Name of Disc 1 Disc 1 -> not present.
And this is for each season. Question is now, is it possible to have a Boxset (All Season) and inside of them 7 Boxsets with Childprofiles?
Or any other approach to that problem? |

| Posted: | | | | The contribution rules on TV show box sets only allow season-level child profiles if each of those seasons has a "distinct UPC/EAN" barcode.
So if the seasons each *do* have distinct a UPC/EAN-code, the profile must be set up as a box set, with a largely empty parent and seven child profiles, one for each season. These seven child profiles, in turn, may have (optional) disc-level child profiles as well.
But if the seasons each *don't* have distinct a UPC/EAN-code, then there can be no season-level profiles. All data, for all seasons, is then stored in the parent. Disc-level child profiles (optional) are allowed to be added as well, but no season-level profiles. | | | Last edited: by T!M |
