| Posted: | | | | I am in a PM argument with another contributer that says that this is a box set not bonus movie.... urging... almost to the point of demanding me to pull my no vote per rules. FRONT:BACK:Now it is in the database correctly as bonus movie situation... the contributer is trying to turn it into a boix set. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Well, the front suggests a box set, the back suggests a bonus movie, so I'd like to know what the spine says, and - more importantly - how they are presented in the main menu. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | From the rules: Quote: Bonus Feature Films The term "Bonus Feature Film" is used to define any feature film that is included as part of the bonus material for a single release. These are not the same as Double Features or Anthology Collections which are a collection of films grouped together which require the "Box Set" contribution rules. Do not confuse "Bonus Feature Films" with "Any video documentary material regarding the film, or those associated with it." Those are Featurettes. Some examples of Bonus Feature Films are: – Previous movie versions, example "Ben-Hur: Four-Disc Collector's Edition" which includes the 1925 version. – Companion movie bonuses, example "Season of the Witch" which includes "There's Always Vanilla" from the same director. Create the profile for the main feature in line with the standard Contribution Rules with the title of the Bonus Feature Film added to the Other Features field. Create a child profile for the "Bonus Feature Film" using its individual UPC if available or use Disc ID (read on a DVD-ROM) if not available. As Psycho from Texas is a feature film, it would fit the rules on being included as a child profile. |

As Psycho from Texas is a feature film, it would fit the rules on being included as a child profile. I think the point of dispute is whether to set up the profile this way (bonus feature film): The Gates of Hell -- Psycho From Texas or this way (box set): The Gates of Hell / Psycho from Texas -- The Gates of Hell -- Psycho From Texas I agree with GSyren that the two sides give different impressions. If the spine says "The Gates of Hell" then I'd set it up as the first option (bonus feature film). | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. -- Thorin Oakenshield | | | Last edited: by Danae Cassandra |

| Posted: | | | | Thank you everyone. I changed my vote to a yes vote. but I did block the user for all the insults they threw my way not having any patients with me as well as previous problems. | | | Pete |

| Posted: | | | | Sounds good. Life's too short to put up with someone who can't, at minimum, be civil in a dispute. | | | If more of us valued food and cheer and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world. -- Thorin Oakenshield |
