While I've argued that putting more or less the entire focus on Laura Palmer makes the film more "intense" (no small breaks/breaths of air to meet this character from the series, then this, etc.) the film does have a good bunch of holes. You never see Laura write the last entries in her secret diary, record the tapes to Dr. Jacoby, and so forth. Forget the others right now.  | | | Erik
