How do I edit a report list?

Hey, 
I have found a report list I really love but would like some help customizing it. 
There are a few things on there I would like to remove from it and a few things I would like to have added to the list that way I am not having to run 3 reports for what I need.
Can anyone help me Edit the current report list i have or tell me how to do it?
