| Posted: | | | | I have searched online for DVD sleeves that would fit in a 3 ring binder. It would have a pocket for the cover and any inserts. I want the 8 1/2 x 11 inch or A4 size because I want the cover to be flat. I have found them smaller, but not that size. Has anyone seen these online and could pass along that info?
Thanks. | | | Wild Coyote

| Posted: | | | | Sleeve city looks like they may have what you want also. But they didn't get real good rating at resellerratings. But there were only 8 posts so I don't know if it means much.
Meritline does business under at least 3 different names (same phone #) and their rating combined were horrible. The sleeves shouldn't be a problem but people complain about ink and blank media and the phone #s not working for complaints. If you order 25 DVDs they show a spindle but you get 25 taken from bulk and wrapped in plastic and bubblewrap according to one complaint.
But I have not done business with either company, but did remember Sleeve City because I was looking for some stuff a while back. I also checked meritline and their ratings were a LOT worse last yr when I was looking so maybe they are getting better. The other two names they do business under "ABCink and CDRDVDRMedia are still listed real low.
For what it's worth...

About half way down the page. Edit: found this at Amazon found at Amazon Peabody Thanks Peabody. I had already checked out those places. It seems the closer I get to what I want the higher the price. I don't want to pay $.70 per sleeve, ouch. I plan on dropping 2,000 of my 4,000 DVDs into sleeves. I am not giving up yet. The next round is to try and email these guys, but most the time you don't get a very good response. I am still thinking about just the 8" x 10" plastic photo sleeves and put the disk in a paper liner and drop it in. That seems to be the cheapest alternative. I have to do something, I am out of room. Thanks again to everyone who responded. | | | Wild Coyote

Thanks again to everyone who responded. One possibility nobody suggested is to change the current standard keep cases for slimline versions. That cuts space requirements in half, and you can use the same cover art. Granted, you'd have to trim the cover art in the middle, but that's not too hard to do. Better protection than binders as well. | | | John
