I never include them in my own scans but haven't contributed them because I thought the banners were required...? EDIT: BTW, it is really one eyepoop of a cover. What is going on with all that blu-ray branding on the cover? So high definition is nice, We get it already! | | Posted: | | | | They don't need a banner but having a banner won't get the cover rejected. I make a thread awhile ago in the contribution forum with clear banner logos to use if you wish. |
