I agree. Even though I am not an opera fan, he was an incredible voice and will be missed.

Great voice, great talent, and a great man.  Did a lot for charity.  I will miss him.
Gotta nip it in the bud, Andy!

I guess the news yesterday that his condition was "very serious" was more serious than I thought . It's a sad day for tenors everywhere. The man had a gift and will now sing in the Heavenly choirs. Rest in Peace.

He was awesome I use to watch him on PBS. He always reminded me of Bluto from Popeye (1980) movie with Robin Williams.

I heard this on the radio coming home last night at around 9:30 pm,, then an hour later on one of our independent TV stations in the NorthWest here, they had  The Doll episode on Seinfeld.. Weird coincidence  or not ???

In the 60's, People took Acid to make the world Weird. Now the World is weird and People take Prozac to make it Normal.

That's the thing about racism, though, most of it is covert.

"Freedom without Socialism is privilege and injustice and Socialism without freedom is slavery and brutality."Bakunin

“It has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all the others that have been tried.”Churchill

Some people think football [and soccer] is a matter of life and death.... I can assure them it is much more serious than that.
