And some strange people seem to think that a film was made based on Judge Dredd. The fools! And they go on to say that it starred Sylvester Stallone AND he removed the helmet, which is just not possible.
I've also heard claims that I own the DVD. I do own something with Stallone in like that but I thought it was Demolition Man 2? It can't be Dredd. It is literally nothing like the comic.
Has anyone heard about the third Spider-Man film Sam Raimi was supposed to be working on? I thought it would be out by now and I'm really looking forward to it. No way could he screw that up. No way. | | | Jon

I just found a Juge Death action figure at Wal-Mart the other day and it reminded me of what this film could've been. Oh wait, does the film exist? Without Judge Death it's crap and dead in my book (albiet in my collection as well) I now leave you with a Judge Death inspired quote from the mighty trash band Dark Angel: "The city's guilty, The crime is life, The sentence is death, Darkness Descends" Sad day when a single simple song tops a big-budget movie. Ironicaly he was perfect for the part, if he just could've kept his frackin' helmet on and had a decent script! Death is a marvellous villain, though to be honest, I don't think he was essential for the first movie. A simple detective Noir story would have been enough. L.A. Confidential 2125 or something! It would have to have Anderson as well though as she is a perfect foil for Dredd. Although a small dog in a cape would have been more acceptable than Rob Schneider... | | | Jon
