| Posted: | | | | Have you used DVD Crave since 2003? If so, your credit card details may have been stolen from the web site. They have now admitted an Internal security breach and that numbers they had been keeping have been stolen.. I had confirmation that my card was used yesterday but fortunately my credit card company noticed it immediately. See DVD Forums threadSee HD and DVD Bargains thread | | | Paul |

Did your card get used in China also? no, the card hasn't been cloned. The card number was kept at DVD Crave for everybody who used the site since 2003 so they could process refunds. And last month they reported an internaql security breach (i.e. an insider who has copied all the card numbers). DVD Crave advised their bank who were going to advise other credit card companies to cancel all the cards but this hasn't happened. The card number was used over the internet with a single small payment £1 to test the card and then another £200+ followed shortly. The card company phoned me up at home 10 mins after this happened so I was able to stop the card then. And they are sending a new card. | | | Paul |
