It appears to be two discs, one film on each side.  It also appears that the only feature other than the film on the disc is commentary by Richard Donner.  The info is below.  In the future you may want to look at the Best Buy's web page and check specifications most of the time they have the info you seek.

Thanks for the info Lord, it looks like the only thing of value missing is the 'Pure Lethal' documentary from the original release of Lethal Weapon 4, but the reviews for the doc or not too great so many I will pick this up after all.
