When previewing DVDs, you can see the average ratings.  But these do not download.  Is there a way to get these downloaded into my profiles?

The average rating has nothing to do with the rating in the profiles. There you can set your personal rating. But you can see the average rating, when you select Online->Reviews... or press the star button.
